Please reach us at if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Mobile Car Care Charges a "Service Fee" for many reasons. First, this fee covers the cost of our training, and experience, which allows us to diagnose and address issues on your vehicle effectively. It also accounts for our time and effort in inspecting and testing the systems in question. Additionally, the service fee often includes the cost of specialized tools, equipment, and materials used during the job. Ultimately, the service fee reflects the value of professional service and ensures that we can provide prompt, reliable, and high-quality assistance to our clients.
I will only charge the service fee for every time I travel to your location. If you can book two more or services to save you money.
I have listed baseline prices for all services. If the service that was booked requires extra steps like removing components that or not associated with the systems being serviced additional charges will be added to the price of service.
I still work a full-time day job as I try to grow this business. I am making myself available before and after my work shifts. This includes early morning and late at night. I know it is nonconventional, but I will do my best to provide service when you need it.

We wont work on the side of the road on a busy street or expressway.
Knowing when your vehicle needs an oil change is essential for maintaining its health and performance. Here are some common indicators to help you determine if it's time for an oil change:
1. Check the Owner's Manual: The manufacturer's recommendations for oil change intervals can vary based on your vehicle's make and model. Consult your owner's manual to find the suggested mileage or time intervals for oil changes.
2. Oil Change Reminder Light: Many modern vehicles are equipped with an oil change reminder system that illuminates a warning light on the dashboard when it's time for an oil change. Pay attention to this indicator.
3. Oil Color and Texture: Fresh engine oil is typically amber or light brown and has a smooth texture. If the oil appears dark and gritty, it may be time for a change. Also, if it smells burnt, it's an indication that the oil has deteriorated.
4. Engine Noise: An increase in engine noise or ticking sounds, especially during startup, can be a sign of insufficient lubrication, which may indicate the need for an oil change.
5. Decreased Fuel Efficiency: If you notice a sudden drop in fuel efficiency, it could be due to dirty or old oil, as it can reduce engine efficiency.
6. Mileage or Time Interval: If you can't find your owner's manual or you're unsure of the last oil change, consider following a general guideline of changing your oil every 3,000 to 5,000 miles or every 3 to 6 months, depending on your driving habits and the type of oil used.
If your brakes are making noise, it's essential to address the issue promptly to ensure your safety and maintain the integrity of your braking system. Here are steps to take if your brakes are making noise:
1. Identify the Type of Noise:
2. Avoid Heavy Braking: Until you can have the issue addressed, try to avoid heavy or aggressive braking, as it can worsen the condition and increase the risk of brake failure.
3. Maintain Regular Brake Inspections: Preventive maintenance is key to ensuring your brakes remain in good condition. Regularly scheduled brake inspections can help identify and resolve issues before they become serious.
